OUR CLEANING PROCESS

SCHEDULE A FREE ESTIMATE & CONSULTATION.  After scheduling a time that is convenient for you, the Owner will meet with you to provide you with an estimate, answer any questions you might have and together decide the best cleaning program for you. We offer one time or maintenance programs. We will schedule the cleaning during closed business hours to be as least obtrusive as possible. 

PRE-INSPECTION. We will do a thorough inspection of your carpet looking for any potential issues that may need special attention. We will then pre-treat any existing stains.  We will use the appropriate cleaner and technique for each individual stain; however, unfortunately some stains may be permanent. 

Commercial Pre-Vacuum. Next, we do a very thorough vacuuming with a commercial vacuum to remove as much dry soil as possible. 

MOVING FURNITURE. We move all reasonable items to clean under (chairs, trash cans, small tables). The larger items or electronics we'll do our best to clean around. 

Pre-Spray. We apply the appropriate cleaning agent for your carpet fiber type and soil level and allow for appropriate dwell time to break down and suspend the dirt.  

Pre-Agitation.  We use a counter rotating brush machine (CRB) to thoroughly groom and help suspend as much soil as possible.  In my experience this is best at loosing impacted dirt. 

Soil Extraction. We either wand or floor machine extract depending on the cleaning method chosen earlier in the process. 

Post Grooming. Your carpet is groomed with a professional carpet groomer, this will improve the look and help your carpet dry faster.
