Our Cleaning Process
Pre-Inspection. First, we do a walk-through of your home looking for any potential issues that may need special attention. We also pre-treat any existing stains. We will use the appropriate cleaner and technique for each individual stain; however, unfortunately some stains may be permanent.
Commercial Pre-Vacuuming. Next step, we do a very thorough vacuuming with a commercial vacuum to remove as much dry soil as possible.
Furniture. Sofas, chairs, and end tables will be carefully moved. Larger items or items that are delicate or very breakable like pianos, China hutches and electronics will be cleaned around the best we can.
Spots and Stains. We'll treat any spot or stain that may need extra attention before we start the cleaning process.
Pre-Spray. We apply the appropriate cleaning agent for your situation and allow the appropriate dwell time to break down and suspend the dirt.
Our pre-sprays are environmentally friendly, odorless, non-allergenic and non-solvent based.
Agitation. We either agitate by hand or machine depending on the type of carpet you have.
CRB, in my experience best for loosening impacted soil.
Soil- Extraction. We either wand or floor machine extract depending on the method of cleaning chosen earlier in the process.
Post Grooming. Your carpet will be groomed with a professional carpet rake.
This will align the fibers for appearance and speed up drying.
Final Walk Through. Together we'll do a final walk through to answer any question and ensure your 100% satisfied.
